Clients are responsible for reviewing confirmations, invoices, itineraries, and other travel documents and promptly notifying Travel With GalaxSea of any apparent errors.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary to arrange and manage travel.

Travel With GalaxSea may charge separate planning, service, cancellation, change, or other fees when such fees are disclosed to the client.

8. Cancellations and Changes

Travel With GalaxSea will make reasonable efforts to communicate applicable supplier policies to clients, but we cannot guarantee that a supplier will provide a refund, credit, waiver, or other accommodation.
Clients are responsible for understanding the cancellation, change, and refund policies applicable to their reservations.
Any fees charged by Travel With GalaxSea for changes, cancellations, planning, or other services will be communicated when applicable.
9. Travel Documents and Requirements
Clients are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all travel documents required for their trip.
Depending on the destination and itinerary, travelers may need valid passports, visas, identification, permits, health documentation, or other documents.
Travel requirements may change. Clients are responsible for complying with applicable government requirements and supplier policies.
Travel With GalaxSea may provide general guidance regarding travel documentation and requirements; however, travelers should verify requirements with the appropriate government authorities and applicable travel suppliers.
10. Travel Insurance
Travel With GalaxSea may offer or recommend travel insurance or travel protection plans.
Travel insurance is provided by independent insurance companies and is subject to the terms, conditions, exclusions, and limitations of the applicable policy.

Group trips may be subject to additional terms, deposits, payment deadlines, cancellation policies, minimum participation requirements, and supplier restrictions.
